WildWind Posted February 23, 2015 Author Share Posted February 23, 2015 עלילת הסרט מתמקדת בלופו אברמוביץ (יהודה ברקן), עגלון מזדקן ועני אשר מתגורר בשכונת צריפים בדרום תל אביב ומתפרנס מעסקי אלטע זאכן. ללופו בת אחת בשם רחל אשר נשואה לעמוס ואם לילד צעיר בשם רוני.לאחר שרחל ורוני עוברים לארצות הברית במסגרת שליחות דיפלומטית של עמוס, לופו מתקשה להתגבר על הפרידה מרוני. בעקבות כך, חבריו משוק הפשפשים ביפו אוספים כספים ובכך מאפשרים ללופו לרכוש כרטיס טיסה לארצות הברית על מנת שיוכל לפגוש את רוני. אל לופו מצטרף גם חברו הטוב מזרחי (גבי עמרני).במהלך הביקור בניו יורק לופו מצטרף למשפחתו לכנס בו אמור לנאום הסנאטור של ניו יורק. להפתעתו של לופו, הסנאטור הוא למעשה מנדל יעקובוביץ, חבר ילדות של לופו. הפגישה בין השנים מובילה לכך שיעקובוביץ מחליט לאשר מענק סיוע למדינת ישראל.The film focuses on alternatives Abramovich (Yehuda Barkan), an aging and poor carter who lived in shacks in south Tel Aviv and a living business Rag tidbits. Drawn one daughter named Rachel who was married to Amos and if a young boy named Ronnie.After Rachel and Ronnie go to the United States as part of a diplomatic mission of Amos, Lupo hard to get over the separation from Ronnie. Following this, the Jaffa flea market friends collect funds thus allowing alternatives to purchase a ticket to the USA to be able to meet Ronnie. Lupo joins to his best friend Oriental (Gabi Amrani).During the visit in New York Lupo joins a family conference to address the New York senator. Lupo's surprise, the senator is actually Mendel Jakubowicz, a childhood friend of Lopez.
